Preventive Maintenance Agreement
When you own one of our Preventive Maintenance Agreements we'll visit you twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall to do a complete Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning of your heating and cooling system. Should you need repairs during the year we'll give you a 10% discount on repairs. If your equipment breaks on the weekend or after hours we'll charge you regular rates -- No overtime!
When you properly maintain your home comfort system it will heat and cool better, last longer, save money in operational costs and need fewer repairs. It just makes good cents to maintain your equipment. You can add your name to our long list of customers who are happily involved in our Preventive Maintenance Program by giving us a call anytime. The current investment to own one of our Preventive Maintenance Agreements is only $140 per year. The average homeowner will save more in annual heating and cooling cost then what they paid for the annual maintenance program.
